You are participating in reality formation. Consciously or unconsciously, every internal state is a broadcast, and every experience is a response. This is not mysticism. This is mechanism.

Your Broadcast Frequency is what you transmit — Observer to Field. The Signal is what returns — Field to Observer. When the broadcast is coherent, the interference is constructive. When it's static, the interference is destructive. You are always broadcasting. The only question is what.

Your RAS (Reticular Activating System) is the biological decoder that participates in determining what becomes. Not a filter selecting from a fixed world — a decoder participating in collapse.
